new_wayAsparagus comes in on Monday. Extra prep time throughout the day is now at least an hour .. maybe two. I hate that they are giving us so much extra work to do and no extra hours to do it. :/ My morning prep person BETTER be there tomorrow. Opening a restaurant by ones self is not a fun experience. I can do it. I have done it several times. I don't want to do it again.
I was also basically accused of letting my crew do nothing during my close last night. Luckily it was easy to prove that we had in fact done a bunch of extra cleaning tasks .. something that Heather's crew never does when she's in charge. And Dan came to my defense even before I did. But I want to punch somebody.
Torchwood still = love. And Gareth proves again that he's a great actor. That last bit with him and John was so wonderfully done on both parts. : Sigh. :
