(no subject)

As I watch Buffy and look at bits from TJ and Amal's road trip adventure I've been contemplating my own stories.  And I really want to work on them.  But lack the motivation.  All stories are rehashed versions of other stories mushed together in different fashions.  I know that I've blatantly stolen ideas from books I've read or magazines or mangas.  But I have no idea what bits and from where they were taken from.  But they can't be original.  They came from somewhere or they are the compilation of a few ideas.  And I'm okay with that.  Never really expecting them to be published or anything.  Just for myself.  To know I can do it.  And yet .. I can't.  Merh.

I'm going to try and push myself and use a prompt table to get started.  Write drabbles or short fics.
